Returns
Contact us for RMA number. All returns have to be shipped with tracking info and insurance.
If your product is defective: the customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to return any products found to be a manufacturer’s defect. After the 7-day period has passed, the customer can no longer return the product; they will only be eligible for warranty service.
GagdetStoreCanada.com will be happy to assist the customer in processing their warranty with the manufacturer or their authorized distributor, to have the products fixed under the respective warranty, within the first year of purchase (as long as there is no physical damage to the items, parts broken off, and the proper documentation are provided).
If the product is not defective, and the customer wishes to return or exchange it, there will be a 20% restocking charge. All returns and/or exchanges must be made within the first 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
If the packaging (including the box if any) has not been opened and the product has not been used, the product can be returned for an exchange or credit note, without a restocking charge within the 7-day period stated above.
For all exchanges or returns we require the return of all the original packaging materials including any manuals, printed materials such as warranty cards and CDs/disks. All returned goods must be in resellable condition, and inspected by our staff for approval.
